Stefania Baucè

Stefania Baucè holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from Università Cattolica di Milano and a Masters in Marketing Management from Istud Business School.

From 2000 to 2010, she worked as a senior buyer for a supermarket chain. Since 2011, she has been a senior consultant in Wise Growth, where she plans the syllabus for diversity & inclusion courses, which she also teaches. Her primary areas of interest are gender issues, work reintegration after maternity leave and the development of tools to optimize the work-life balance.

An ICF ACC executive coach, she obtained her diploma in 2014 from the EEC European School of Coaching.

In 2017 and 2018, she attended courses on somatic coaching in Barcelona organized by the Strozzi Institute. She co-authored the essay “Maternità, lavoro, vita” (‘Maternity, work, life’) in Genitori al lavoro, L’arte di integrare, figli, lavoro, vita (‘Working parents: The art of combining children, work and life’), Girelli L. & Mapelli A. (eds.), GueriniNext 2016.
