Monica Mezzacasa

Monica Mezzacasa has 20 years’ experience both in consulting and in managerial roles in consumer goods corporations across Europe and the Middle East.

Based in the UK for the past 16 years, Monica has started her career in Italy in growth and strategy consulting with a particular emphases on innovation and internationalization.

In more recent years, she has embraced Business Agility and Lean Agile ways of working. She strongly believes in the power of inclusive leadership to directly enhance performance by inspiring and motivating people, and building a thriving, innovative, purposeful culture and organisation. Inclusive leaders recognise that diversity and inclusion play a fundamental role in achieving better business results and gaining a competitive advantage.

Monica is a certified SAFe 5 Agilist and holds a 1st BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and an associate degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Purchase, NY-USA.
