Michela De Marchi

A graduate in Clinical Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova, Michela is a personal and group psychotherapist, having specialized in the discipline at Istituto dell’Approccio Centrato sulla Persona (IACP, ‘The Person-Centred Approach Institute’) of Milan. She has a Masters in Relationship Therapy from Scuola Sistemica Mara Selvini (the ‘Mara Selvini Systemic School’) of Milan.

She has also received specific training in Psychoncology from Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori di Milano (the ‘National Cancer Institute of Milan’, part of the network of Italian research and treatment clinics). She specialized in Social Communications at Università Cattolica di Milano.

For 20 years, she worked for multinational companies in the area of quantitative consumer research in several different market sectors (FMCG, Media, Luxury, Finance).

Currently, she combines her clinical work with her consultancy activities, which she carries out on an exclusive basis for Wise Growth, with a particular focus on parenthood (adolescence, returning to the workplace after maternal leave) and on women’s issues.

Since 2018, with the patronage of the Municipality of Monza, she has hosted evening courses open to the public on parenting and adolescence.
