    Lucilla, with a degree in Psychology from Università di Padova, is a psychotherapist committed to the precepts of Carl Roger’s person-centred approach. She supports individuals and organizations in matters of diversity and inclusion, and helps them harmonize personal success with institutional and corporate goals. Her main professional interests are  gender diversity in the workplace, the work-life balance, the challenge of returning to work after maternity leave, and empowerment.

    She is a qualified Intercultural Awareness Profiler (IAP) accredited by Trompenaars Hampden – Turner (THT). For over 15 years she has worked as a marketing research director at an Italian and international level. She is a former lecturer at the Marketing Department of Università Bocconi and SDA Bocconi Business School of Milan.

    She co-authored the paper “Maternità, lavoro, vita” (‘Maternity, work, life’) in Genitori al lavoro, L’arte di integrare, figli, lavoro, vita (‘Working parents: The art of combining children, work and life’), Girelli L. & Mapelli A. (eds.), GueriniNext 2016.
