Laura Girelli

After taking a bachelor’s degree in Literature with a specialization in Linguistics and Semiotics, Laura attended the School of Specialization in Analytical Psychology, followed by the School of Post-Specialization in Couple’s Psychoanalysis. A psychotherapist with Jungian and relational training, she is a member of the Società Italiana Psicoanalisi della Relazione (SIPRe, the ‘Italian Society of Relationship Psychoanalysis’).

A long-time consultant on strategy, marketing, and organization issues, she founded and directed Ricerche Valdani Vicari from 1999 to 2009.

Currently, she combines her clinical activities with her work as a senior consultant for Wise Growth, which she carries out on an exclusive basis, specializing in matters to do with leadership, Diversity Management and interculturality. She is a qualified Intercultural Awareness Profiler (IAP) accredited by Trompenaars Hampden – Turner (THT).

She is the author of numerous articles and books, including Genitori al lavoro, L’arte di integrare, figli, lavoro, vita (‘Working parents: The art of combining children, work and life’) Guerini Next, 2016.
