Emanuele Serrelli

With Wise Growth since 2015, Emanuele gained experience in training and research activities oriented towards countering stereotyping, prejudice, and tunnel vision in the workplace. Since 2016 he has been coordinating the disability division.

He holds a PhD in Education and Communication Sciences and has extensive international experience. He has authored many publications and collaborates with various universities as an instructor, researcher and coach. He lectures in General Pedagogy at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, coordinates the internship activities of the degree course in Education and Training Sciences, and is an e-tutor for the master’s course in Media Education. A professional counsellor and member of AssoCounseling, he has many years of experience in social work and the third sector, as well as consolidated experience in staff and team management.
