She holds a PhD in Organizational Development from the University of Milano-Bicocca, having spent a visiting period at The Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute (NIDI). She works in the field of D&I Diagnostics (climate analysis, workforce mapping, internal labour force analysis, benchmarking, etc.), business coaching and professional development.
Her purview encompasses activities relating to age management, empowerment, and female leadership. She has authored scholarly papers on training and human resource management and is a member of the editorial committees of The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Industrial and Commercial Training, SN Business & Economics, The Baltic Journal of Management, and Prospettive in Organizzazione (Organizational Perspectives’) She is also a member of the board of directors of ASSIOA-Associazione Italiana di Organizzazione Aziendale (the ‘Italian Business Organization Association’) and Vice President of ItAIS – the Italian Chapter of the Association for Information Systems.
