A Law graduate, Erminia holds a diploma in Labour Economics from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, where she lived for several years. She has extensive HR experience from her time as the Italian and European manager of large multinationals operating in diverse sectors (manufacturing, hospitality, customer care, and distribution), and has particular experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
She has always been interested in the field of Diversity Management. She has spent many years engaged in the non-profit sector; she is on the board of C.A.DO.M di Monza, a centre providing assistance for victims of domestic violence that has served the Monza-Brianza district since 1994. The centre provides women suffering from domestic abuse with legal and psychological support, carries out prevention activities in schools, and offers training to social, health and legal workers.
