Barbara Quacquarelli

Aggregate professor at the University of Milan-Bicocca in Business Organisation, where she teaches Business and Service Organisation and International Business Organisation.
She is co-founder and deputy director of the university research centre Bicocca Training & Development. She is a member of the faculty of MIP, business school of the Politecnico di Milano.

Author of numerous publications on organisational behaviour and diversity management. She is IAP certified by THT (Trompenaars Hampden – Turner) for intercultural awareness.
